Helpful Hints, Tip & Suggestions: |
- Holiday Lights, Decoration, Etc – All holiday items need to be completely removed/taken down from front and backyards. Acceptable timeframe Nov 1st – January 12th
- Weed Removal – We had a lot of rain in the beginning of winter and the weeds are coming up like crazy on everyone’s property, please have weeds removed.
- House Painting – A lot of the homes within our community are still on the original paint job and are well overdue, painting the exterior of your home will improve its overall look and add to your home’s value.
- Garage Doors – A lot of garage doors overtime begin to buckle, and some of them are showing they are in need of repair/replacement of some of the panels.
- No Overnight Parking On The Street
- Trailer/Commercial Vehicle Parking – Please do not cheapening up our small upscale community look and feel by parking work vehicles in your driveway or on the street overnight.
- Driveway Oil Stains – Please remove all driveway oil stains.
